Billing & credits

Where billing lives#

All of your billing happens in the Pyro client portal at portal.pyro.host. The portal is a separate site from the Game Server Panel, but it uses the same login, so the email and password for your account work in both places. Anything money-related lives here: ordering a plan, paying an invoice, updating the card on file, and cancelling a service.

If you have not registered yet, start with create an account, then come back once you can sign in.

Your services#

The portal is also where you buy and keep track of what you run with us. Game servers and virtual private servers are both provisioned through the portal, so when you order a plan it sets up the service and starts its billing cycle. Open Manage Services to see every active service, what each one renews at, and its next due date.

The service entry in the portal handles the contract for that server: its plan, renewal price, and lifecycle. The day-to-day management of a game server, like the console, files, and players, happens in the game server panel instead. A VPS is managed in its own VPS Panel.

Paying and invoices#

Use Make a Payment to settle any open invoices, and add or update the card on file from your account details. Every charge you have been billed for shows up under My Invoices, so that is the place to go for a receipt or to check what a payment was for. Each invoice lists the service it covers, the amount, and whether it is Paid, Unpaid, or Cancelled.

Note: Keep the card on your account current. If a renewal payment fails because the card has expired, the service can be suspended until the balance is paid, and a suspended game server is offline until then.

Account credit#

If your account carries a credit balance, that credit is applied to your charges automatically. When a payment comes due, the credit is used first and your card is only charged for whatever is left over. Credit can come from a refund, a promotion, or an overpayment, and it stays on the account until it runs out.

Billing help#

For anything the portal cannot answer on its own, open a support ticket from the portal. Billing questions, refunds, and plan changes are all handled there. If you are looking to change your email, password, or two-factor settings instead, those live in the Game Server Panel under profile and security.
